My husband Patricio and I started to cook back in 2007 when he arrived from NY where he started his career as a Chef, we started to cook together, him all the western and sophisticated culinary side where I was focused more on the Latin American flavour, soon we discovered we had a fusion.
We started cooking for family and friends who always pushed us to move forward and share our talents, we also joined a multicultural association where we had the opportunity to cook our traditional Latin dishes, focusing on sharing our culture by cooking and forming a dancing cultural group.
